Golden Turbo sits in Nimbus Fields, the one area on the World map where it's marked. Three spots are clustered there, spread across levels 6 to 9, and there's nowhere else to look for it. It's a pick-up item, so you collect it straight from the ground as you come across each spot rather than working towards it in any other way.

Golden Turbo is gathered as you find it, so there's nothing to trade or assemble first. Set down at Crystal Cave, using the Bloom teleport, and from there it's a short stroll of roughly 40 metres to reach the cluster of spots. A Chest sits in view of nearly every one, so you can grab that in passing. Lumin Amber and Lunar Daisy both stand within sight of most of the spots too, giving you a few extra things to sweep up on the same loop.

Ride to the stop nearest each cluster, then walk. The distance is from that stop to the middle of the cluster.
