To reach it, set down at the Bloom teleport point at Mistwoods and cover the short stretch on foot, only about five metres, and you are on top of the spot. The same patch holds more than the memoirs: a Chest sits within reach, along with Turtleback Ore and a Mutant Truffle, all close enough to gather without wandering off. Grab the lot in one pass before you move on.
