Sayn's Message is a rare Treasure, a pick-up item that shows up in just one place across the world. The spot to aim for sits in the Sea of Flowers, where the surrounding area runs to levels 13 and 14. There's only the single marked location to worry about, so no hunting across the map is needed. Reach it through Bloomville, the closest stop, and the message is a straightforward grab once you're standing on the mark.

Teleport in at Bloomville and set off on foot; the marked spot lies about 45 metres away, a short stroll rather than any real trek. The same stretch turns up a few other things worth grabbing on the way past: (Old) Clovis's Diary, Lumin Amber and Brew aromathyst all sit close enough to sweep up without going out of your way. Fold them into the same visit so you leave with the lot. Sayn's Message itself is a treasure you collect, so once it's in hand there's nothing more to do here.
