It's a Grass DPS from the Budsquire family, grown from Budsquire and evolving no further, standing 1.6 m and 6 kg. Across those two areas there are eight marked spots. For a first pass the Sea of Flowers is the sensible target, with Rosetower Woods better saved for when you're at that higher level.

Go for the Sea of Flowers. Six spots clustered at a workable level make it the trip worth taking, and the Bloom teleport drops you within about 80 m of the action. Sweeping Rosetower Woods means a 255 m walk from Whiterose Tower for just two spots, so leave it until later. While you're at the Sea of Flowers, a Chest sits in view of most spots, with Brew aromathyst and Lumin Amber near enough to a good share to make each catch worth the detour.
