In Anime Adventures, the Roblox anime tower defense game, a lot of players search for this material as the “Fate grail”. The item is called Lesser Chalice. The NPC Shiro calls them Lesser Grails, but the inventory name is Lesser Chalice. Lilia is a featured unit on the Special banner in Update 21. The lobby board lists Word Mage, Crush, and Lilia under “Featured Units” with “2x Mythic Chance!”, so plenty of new Lilia owners now need a stack of it.

Lesser Chalice from Shiro’s Daily Mission
Shiro gives out the Mountain Temple daily mission. When you talk to him, he says: “Will you lend your strength to our battle for the Holy Grail? Should you possess any spare “Lesser Grails”, I’ll gladly take them off your hands.” If you ask him about a daily mission, he answers: “Yes, your daily missions are now started automatically everyday. Just check your Quests! Good luck out there.”
You can have just one daily mission active at once; it resets each day, roughly 23 hours after you complete it. The item text still lists the Daily Mission as a source, so check your Quests daily to find out which mission you have.
Mountain Temple Infinite Mode is a steady place to build up Familiar kills. It unlocks after you clear Mountain Temple Act 6, and it supports matchmaking with up to 4 players.
Lesser Chalice from Noble Portals
A Noble Portal is a Mythic portal item described as “+Use to open a special portal…”. Use it to enter Mountain Temple (War) in the Mountain Temple world. Clear Snowy Kingdom Act 6 to unlock this stage.

How long 250 Lesser Chalice takes
This is simple math. The daily mission pays 35 Lesser Chalice, so seven days of missions gets you 245, five short of the goal. An eighth day takes you past 250. Every Noble Portal run you add shortens that timeline.

In the Star Fruit column, “x12” means plain Star Fruit. The colors refer to the matching variants, so Blue is Star Fruit (Blue), and so on. The Jewel Pendant, an XP food, comes from the same two places as Lesser Chalice, so grinding Mountain Temple fills up both.
