In-game description
Seed Vault is a frozen vault in the south-east of Stella Montis, built to safeguard the future of growing food. It sits about 90 m from Eastern Tunnel, Atrium and Cultural Archives, so it slots easily into a route through that side of the map.
In an ordinary round there are two loot spots: an Ammo Box and a Container. These are possible spots, and a round fills only some of them, so do not count on both. ARC defends the vault with up to 5 Turret spawn points, though not every one is used each round, and small ground machines can appear in 4 areas, with the machine type changing from round to round. You can also find 5 Whirring Androids and a Fuel Cell here, and the Safe for a quest is inside.
The quickest way out is Seed Vault Airshaft, about 40 m away in a straight line. Eastern Tunnel Hatch, a Raider Hatch, is about 70 m off, and Sandbox Hatch is about 110 m. Stella Montis spans several levels, so the walk to any of them can run longer than those distances.
