Eastern Tunnel is a named place in the east of Stella Montis. The in-game map marks it for Electrical and Old World loot, and it sits right beside the Cultural Archives, about 10 m away, with the Business Lounge about 30 m off.
In an ordinary round there are 3 container spots here: two Ammo Boxes and a Worn Backpack. Most of these are possible spots, and a round fills only some of them, so expect to find fewer. Small ground machines can turn up in 3 areas, and which machine shows up varies from round to round. You will also meet a Whirring Android and a Camera here. If you are working through a quest that needs the Bio Suit, its quest object is in the tunnel.
The way out is close. Eastern Tunnel Hatch, a Raider Hatch, is about 20 m away in a straight line, and the Seed Vault Airshaft is about 80 m off. Stella Montis has more than one level, so the walk can be longer than the straight line.
