The Control Room is a named location in the middle of Stella Montis. It sits close to the Cafeteria and the Sandbox, both about 20 m away, with Robotic Sandbox B about 30 m off.
In an ordinary round the room holds five container spots: an Ammo Box, a Medical Bag, a Worn Backpack, a Container and a Basket of Fruit. Most of these are possible spots, and a round fills only some of them. Small ground ARC can appear in two areas here, and which machine shows up varies from round to round. Two cameras and a motion sensor cover the room, two Whirring Androids are present, and two ziplines connect it to the surrounding space.
The closest way out is the Sandbox Hatch, a Raider Hatch about 50 m away in a straight line. Loading Bay Metro Station is about 80 m off and Seed Vault Airshaft about 90 m. Stella Montis spans more than one level, so the walk to any of them can be longer than the straight line.
