Mirrors of Life are the save rooms in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse. Each one is a small room with a mirror set between hooded statues, and using one locks in your progress, restores your health, and refills your potions. Activating all of them is what the Narcissus achievement asks for, so this covers where every mirror sits by area and sub-area, along with the Ferryman’s Wharf in each area.
Quick answer: You can find 34 Mirrors of Life in nine areas. Approach each and activate it with INTERACT (R1 on PlayStation or E on PC); activating all 34 awards Narcissus.

What a Mirror of Life does
The prompt on a mirror reads:
“This mirror saves your progress, you heal yourself completely and fill your potions. Upon use, roaming monsters will reappear. If you die, you will resume your adventure at the last mirror you interacted with.”
Quitting is a different case: see where Resume starts you, since a story autosave can win over your last mirror.
Using a mirror triggers “MAP UPDATED”. Mirror chambers appear on your map as rooms, so an inactive one is easy to spot: you haven’t entered it yet. In Paris Streets, drop down the well to reach Central Sewer Drain, where you’ll find the first Mirror of Life.

Each area has one Ferryman’s Wharf, for a total of 9. There, speak with the Ferryman; the menu displays “CHOOSE A DESTINATION” and lets Rose travel between areas. Rose first reaches a wharf at Collapsed Path of Orpheus, within the Catacombs of Paris, where she meets the Ferryman. That first wharf also unlocks the Paris Streets and Holy Innocents’ Cemetery destinations without visiting them, while every other wharf unlocks when you visit it.
