The Multiclimate Undershirt is a rare accessory in Palworld 1.0 that raises both Heat and Cold Resistance from a single slot, so you no longer have to swap gear every time the biome changes. You unlock it by grabbing its schematic from a ruined tower in the desert, then crafting the shirt at a workbench.
Quick answer: Fly to the ruined Schematic Tower in the eastern desert at map coordinates 605, 303, break the three glowing rocks to claim the Multiclimate Undershirt Schematic, then craft the shirt at a High-Quality Workbench using 40 High Quality Cloth, 20 Flame Organ, 20 Ice Organ, and 20 Polymer.

Multiclimate Undershirt Schematic location in the Dessicated Desert
The schematic sits inside a ruined tower in the Dessicated Desert, on a high ridge in the eastern part of the map at coordinates 605, 303. This is a mid-game destination rather than an early stop. Wild Pals around the tower sit in the mid-30s in level, so a fresh save should be strong enough to survive the trip before setting out.
A flying mount makes the route far simpler because you can approach the ridge directly instead of climbing through the surrounding cliffs and hostile groups. Once you land at the tower, you complete a short activity to claim the reward.
605, 303. The structure is a tall stone tower marked with glowing blue circular patterns, which makes it easy to spot from the air.
Note: The tower gives you the schematic, not the finished shirt. Keep that schematic in your inventory, because Palworld only unlocks the recipe while the schematic is carried. Leaving it in an unrelated storage box will make the recipe look like it never unlocked.

With the schematic in your inventory, the recipe appears at the High-Quality Workbench. The materials are light compared with many late-game items, and none of them are difficult to gather.
| Material | Quantity |
|---|---|
| High Quality Cloth | 40 |
| Flame Organ | 20 |
| Ice Organ | 20 |
| Polymer | 20 |
You know it worked when the Multiclimate Undershirt appears in your inventory as a rare accessory. Equip it in an accessory slot with the equip button, and the resistance bonuses apply immediately.

Resistance levels and upgraded versions
The base craft covers both temperature extremes at the lowest tier. Upgraded versions raise those numbers, and the fully upgraded shirt handles almost any climate on its own.
| Version | Heat Resistance | Cold Resistance |
|---|---|---|
| Multiclimate Undershirt | Lv. 1 | Lv. 1 |
| Multiclimate Undershirt +1 | Lv. 2 | Lv. 2 |
| Multiclimate Undershirt +2 | Lv. 3 | Lv. 3 |
Other ways to get the Multiclimate Undershirt
An NPC on the Forgotten Island stocks two Multiclimate Undershirts for 100 Dog Coins each. Dog Coins come from exploring caves, defeating bosses across the map, and general world exploration. Buying one is usually enough for most situations.
The schematic can also drop from treasure chests, including the final chest at the end of caves, but the odds are very low (roughly 0.1 to 3.4 percent). The desert tower is the reliable route, so treat chest drops as a bonus rather than a plan.

Single-resistance alternatives if the desert is too dangerous
If your character is not ready to cross the desert, two basic undershirts solve one temperature problem at a time. Both come from their own ruined towers and can also be bought from the Wandering Merchant in Duneshelter.
| Undershirt | Tower location | Duneshelter price |
|---|---|---|
| Heat Resistant Undershirt | Tower near the Tyrant boss, a low-level area, at -374, -163 | 7,000 Gold |
| Thermal Undershirt (cold) | Tower on the northern coast of the Isle of Murmurs (formerly Ice Wind Island) at -272, 88 | 1,000 Gold |
Both schematics are also crafted at the High-Quality Workbench once the schematic is in your inventory. The Heat Resistant Undershirt is the easiest first target for a fresh save that only needs to survive hot zones, while the Thermal Undershirt covers early trips into colder regions.
Go straight for the Multiclimate Undershirt once your mount, armor, and fast-travel network can handle the desert. It replaces both specialized shirts with one accessory, and at the +2 tier it delivers Heat and Cold Resistance Lv. 3 for nearly any biome you plan to explore.
