The Rat Queen is a survivor whose dark and murky history has slowly unhinged her. She is convinced that the Solars are hers to rule, a belief that sets her against Logan, and she dotes on the rats around her as if they were her own offspring. For all her suspicion and odd loyalties, she still shows flashes of sound judgement and real warmth. She stands at Rat Queen's Crossing.
She is part of the Solar Fields main quest line. Queen of Rats sends you to find her in Solar's Crossing, then to talk with her about a request from Logan. In Parking Zoo she asks for your help with the animals around the Solar Facility.
