Condor is a seasoned survivor who stays calm when the people around him lose their nerve. He says little, keeps his eyes open and travels carefully, relying on what he has lived through rather than on wishful thinking. When things turn dangerous, his sound sense can decide whether a group gets away or doesn't. He leads the Hell Runners, and as the story goes on he turns up at Charles' Park and The Last Stand.
The main quest The Last Stand, part of the Main story line, sends you to find Condor and speak with him to learn about White Hell. Trial Of The Storm, another main quest in the same line, has you go and see what is lurking behind White Hell. Condor is also tied to There Were Six of Us, a side quest in the Urban District line where you find out what happened to a group of friends.
