Logan Boyce once ran a business and now leads the Solars. He hides behind a friendly front, a sly grin and a steady stream of film quotes, but he cares only for his own gain. He weighs every situation for what it can do for him and treats the people around him as tools for ends that only he understands. You will find him at the Solar Power Plant.
Logan trades in Scrap, Copper, Sulfur and 9x19mm ammo. To deal with him, talk to him and pick the trade line to open the BARGAIN screen. His stock changes from one visit to the next, so if what you want is missing, check again on a later trip. The quest New Town sends you to the Warehouse at the Solar Fields as his camp, and the later quests in that line have you report back to him.
