- RegionVale of Wrath
Old Windmill is a Lantern in the Vale of Wrath, a region that opens in main quest chapter 5, CRIME. You can rest and level up here, and once it is unlocked it also works as a fast travel point. Ship Graveyard is the closest Lantern at about 250 m in a straight line, with Poisoned Camp at about 380 m and Under the Bridge at about 390 m.
Around the Lantern you can pick up 6 Pistol Ammunition and 2 Pistol Cartridges, which are worth collecting if you rely on your sidearm. Near the Lantern you can also find an Epic Catalyst Clot, a Cleansing Vial and a Protective Vial. Emissary's Letter is the nearest note. Slaughtermill is the boss fought near Old Windmill, so this Lantern is a good place to rest and spend your levels before you take that fight on.
