Harbour Lantern in Valor Mortis

Harbour is a Lantern in The Outskirts, a region that opens in main quest chapter 7, WITCH HUNT. Other Lanterns of The Outskirts sit close by: Lighthouse is about 90 m away in a straight line, Market Square about 140 m, and Island of Whispers about 230 m.

The chests near Harbour hold the Butcher's Carnage Amber and Superior Firearm Parts. Pick up the Harbour Residence Key nearby, along with A Torn Letter to Crusty Benek and Crusty Benek's Journal. Ammunition lies around the Lantern too: 2 Special Cartridges, Mighty Rounds and Pistol Cartridges. Look as well for an Eternal Catalyst Clot, an Imperial Catalyst Clot, Sands of Time, a Refreshing Vial and Pure Transmutation Material.
