Finish The Symphony of Life during The Rising 2026 to claim the poppet minion before the event closes.

Finish The Symphony of Life during The Rising 2026 to claim the poppet minion before the event closes.

The Wind-up Wuk Lamat minion is a limited reward from The Rising 2026, the annual celebration currently running in Final Fantasy 14. It drops from a single seasonal quest, so the whole task takes only a few minutes once you know the route.

Quick answer: Complete the seasonal quest “The Symphony of Life,” started from the Wandering Minstrel in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks at (X:11.0, Y:12.8). You must be Level 15 or higher, and you must finish before the event ends on September 10, 2026 at 7:59 a.m. PDT / 14:59 GMT.

Requirements before you start

The minion is tied entirely to the event, so there is a hard deadline. After the closing time passes, the quest can no longer be accepted or completed, and the minion becomes unobtainable until a future Rising event. The reward is unique, untradable, and market prohibited, meaning you cannot buy it from another player on the Market Board.

Cross the decorated Aftcastle plaza and talk to the Querying Keeper of the Moon at (X:11.7, Y:14.2). She introduces herself as Bathu Molkoh, a member of the Orchestra Gridania who is searching for a fellow musician.
Meet Bathu again in The Drowning Wench at (X:11.3, Y:11.5) and speak to her a second time. She will now follow and escort with you for the next few objectives.
With Bathu accompanying you, head to the Culinarian’s Guild at (X:10.1, Y:8.2) and talk to Lyngsath the Guildmaster.

Continue to the Marauder’s Guild in the Coral Tower at (X:11.3, Y:6.4) and speak with Ayoyo inside.
Return to the plaza near the Aftcastle and interact with the Destination point at (X:11.9, Y:13.8). You can use the mini-aetheryte to jump back quickly without losing Bathu.
Travel down to the Fisherman’s Guild in Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks and speak with Bathu Molkoh at (X:7.5, Y:14.8). The Fisherman’s Guild mini-aetheryte drops you close to her.
Teleport to Aleport in Western La Noscea and find Bathu again near the statue for a reunion cutscene with the missing musician.

Return to the Wandering Minstrel in the Upper Decks at (X:11.3, Y:13.7) to turn in the quest and claim the Wind-up Wuk Lamat minion along with the “Thankful Thirteen” achievement.

How to confirm the minion is unlocked

Turning in the quest places the Wind-up Wuk Lamat item in your inventory. It is not active yet. Open your inventory and use the item to register it, then find it in your Minion menu and summon it from there.

Note: If the quest does not appear on the Wandering Minstrel, check that your character is at least Level 15 and that the event has not already ended. Those are the two conditions that block it.
