Ingredients, output counts, food types and buff values for every grilled, roasted and skewered dish at the Farmer’s station.

In Enshrouded, the Cooking Station is where single ingredients become meals. It belongs to the Farmer and handles simple grilling. Raw meat turns into health food, mushrooms into magic damage, grains into melee damage, and milks and sweets into stamina. The station’s item text describes it as “A basic setup for preparing meals.”

Quick answer: Craft the Cooking Station at the Farmer during “Cooking Equipment For The Farmer” using a Kettle from Pikemead’s Reach. It has 22 recipes, listed with buffs in the table below.

How to get the Cooking Station and start cooking

The station comes from the Farmer’s questline, and one part of it is gated behind a Flame Sanctum. Once it sits in your base, put raw ingredients in and craft recipes; prepare skewers by hand first.

Free the Farmer and accept her “Cooking Equipment For The Farmer” quest; the Cooking Station is one of its steps.
Retrieve the Kettle at the Flame Sanctum, located in Pikemead’s Reach. You’ll need it to build the station.
Craft the Cooking Station from the Farmer’s crafting menu and place it in your base. The full build cost is covered in the Cooking Station and Kitchen walkthrough.

Load the raw ingredient into the station and craft the recipe you want. Skewers need one extra stage first, covered in the next section.
Consume the prepared food using your action bar or backpack; eating it activates the buff.

Raw skewers: Craft by hand before cooking

Unlike the other dishes, the six meat skewers don’t start at the station. You assemble the raw skewer yourself from the hand crafting screen, under Supplies – Food, and then grill it at the Cooking Station. Each one pairs a single plant or mushroom with a single cut of meat.

  • Raw Meat and Hazelnut Skewer: 1 Hazelnut, 1 Raw Game
  • Raw Meat and Azure Russula Skewer: 1 Azure Russula, 1 Raw Game
  • Raw Meat and Forest Beet Skewer: 1 Forest Beet, 1 Raw Game
  • Raw Meat and Corncob Skewer: 1 Corncob, 1 Raw Lean Meat
  • Raw Meat and Mushroom Skewer: 1 Penny Bun, 1 Raw Lean Meat
  • Raw Meat and Tomato Skewer: 1 Tomato, 1 Raw Lean Meat

The skewers made with Raw Game end up stronger than the Raw Lean Meat versions. The item text on the mushroom version explains what its cooked form does:

“This mushroom skewer will strengthen not only your flesh but also your mind. Grilled over a fire, it will raise your maximum health, increase your magic damage, and accelerate your mana regeneration.”
