String of Goodwill is a short Wandering Tale in Where Winds Meet’s Qingzhou region. It sits in the Wellspring Town Part 1 group, and it is a delivery chain. You carry a kite diagram from an old artisan to a kite shop, then carry the shop owner’s donation to the local academy. There is no combat and no puzzle. Most players finish it in about two minutes.
Quick answer: Talk to Granny Wang under the great tree at Wellspring Town’s entrance. Give the Kite Diagram to Liu Ruyi at the Skyfarer Kite Workshop. Then give Liu Ruyi’s Coin Bag to Zhuge Feifei at the Primary Academy.

Liu Ruyi runs the House of Kites. Every month she gives part of her profits to the Primary Hall, and the Coin Bag is that month’s donation. The quest log calls the recipient “Master Zhuge,” and the dialogue calls Liu Ruyi “Madam Liu.” These are the same two characters listed above.
Go to the large tree near the entrance of Wellspring Town. It is surrounded by flower baskets and drying racks. If you are not in town yet, fast travel to the Wellspring Town waypoint first.
Open the Wandering Tales details in your Exploration log and mark the Skyfarer Kite Workshop on the map. The workshop is a short trip across town. Follow the yellow distance marker rather than a fixed compass direction.
Travel to the workshop. You can follow the street, or you can run across the rooftops and glide over the canal. Look for a building with colorful paper kites hanging outside.
Select Submit and hand over the Kite Diagram. When her dialogue ends, Liu Ruyi asks you to take a pouch of silver to the academy. You receive Liu Ruyi’s Coin Bag.
Head for the Primary Hall, which is where the Primary Academy is. You can run there and follow the quest marker. You can also open the map and fast travel to the Primary Hall waypoint to skip the walk.
Cross the wooden bridge into the academy. A world pickup called Li Si’s Letter lies on the bridge floor. You can collect it on your way across, but String of Goodwill does not require it.
You know the quest is done when a notification reading Wandering Tales - String of Goodwill Unlocked appears, followed by an Obtained reward screen. In the Wandering Tales tab, String of Goodwill now shows as Completed under Wellspring Town Part 1. Its final clue entry reads: “Without a prevailing wind of virtue, how can true talent ever take flight?”

The Qingzhou Exploration points count toward your exploration progress for the region. The Kite Diagram and Liu Ruyi’s Coin Bag are both quest items, so they leave your inventory once you hand them over and give no further reward.
