The Hollow Floor 7 on Roblox: How to Get There and Find the Maze Door

Floor 7 in The Hollow, the Roblox Presents Halloween event experience, is now open. On 28 October its button was still taped over. Getting there takes one elevator ride. The safe room you arrive in has two ways out that are easy to mix up, and only one of them leads into the maze.

Quick answer: Floor 7 is open as of 29 October. Press 7 in the lobby elevator, then leave the safe room through the purple sparkle doorway. Do not take the lit elevator car behind you, because it sends you back to the lobby.

How to get to Floor 7 in The Hollow

Join The Hollow on Roblox and start from the cinema lobby.

Walk down the long carpet hall to the elevator at the far end. This is the same route you take to reach the earlier floors (see where the elevator is and how the Floor 1 maze works). The elevator panel opens as soon as you step inside.

Press 7. Buttons 1 through 7 are now active. Buttons 8 and 9 are still covered with red tape, and an Exit button sits underneath the floor buttons.

Click through the lines of text that appear at the bottom of the screen during the ride. One of them reads “Rather odd how he always seems to be around when things go wrong.” Another is written in strange symbols instead of letters and cannot be read. That symbol line can take several clicks before the ride moves on, so keep clicking.

Check for the “Floor 7” title at the top of the screen. That title confirms you have arrived. Floor 7 plays in first person, and “M Free mouse” appears at the bottom left if you need your cursor back.

The Floor 7 safe room: which exit leads to the maze

The HOW TO PLAY board has the same four panels as on the other floors:

“Enter the maze and find the puzzle room.”
“Complete the puzzle, claim the relic.”
“Bring it back. Avoid the entity at all costs.”
“Claim your daily reward.”

The elevator car is behind you, a small wooden room lit by a white strip in the ceiling, with a rail running along the wall. Since it is the brightest spot in the room, it may look like the way forward.

Walking into the lit elevator car takes you straight back to the cinema lobby, and you will have to ride up again. Use the purple sparkle doorway instead: that is the way into the maze that worked for us.

Past the sparkle doorway on Floor 7

Past the sparkling entrance, a dim hall has wall lamps, pillars, and red seats. Turn back to spot a gold canopy above the doorway you came through. Use it as your landmark when you need to return to the safe room.

The next hall we walked into was just as dark, with a pillar and a red bench. We did not find the puzzle room, the torch or any pumpkin in about five minutes of walking, and no entity came near us. On 29 October the stone arch at the far end of the hub street was tagged “Scary Shawarma”. Walking into it opens a Teleport card that reads “You will leave the hub to enter Scary Shawarma.” That card takes you to the partner game, not to Floor 7.

Floor 7 pumpkin puzzle: reported by other guides, not verified by us

We did not find the puzzle room on Floor 7. Other players report the rest of the floor as follows. Treat each point as a report until it is seen.

Floor 7 is reportedly themed on Scary Shawarma Kiosk, and its chaser is said to be the Inspector from that game. One player suggests buying the Invisibility Cloak from the shop to get away from it.
Floor 7 is reported to be better lit than Floor 6. The halls we walked through were dark.
The puzzle room is said to spawn in a random spot. Inside it, a burning brazier reportedly gives you a torch when you press E at it.
With the torch, you reportedly need to find four unlit pumpkins around the maze and press E at each one to light it. Their spots are said to be random, but one is reported to be at or near the elevator room, so remember where the elevator is.
Lighting all four reportedly gives you the seventh Relic. Carry it back to the elevator for the Candy Corn Rune Antlers, a head accessory, and the badge. The item is said to go straight into your Roblox inventory, with no claim in the hub.
Floor 7 reportedly also has a secret room with a portal to Survive the Killer. That game’s Hollow quest has you hand in a Guitar, Siren Head’s keys and a pair of Drumsticks to three NPCs on the lobby stage, one item per round. The Killer’s Knife Aura and 10 tickets are reported to be claimed back in the Floor 7 secret room. Every other free item is listed in every free UGC item in The Hollow.
