Pawprint Studio launched Aniimo, its free-to-play creature-catching game, with an event schedule laid out through late October. The calendar combines permanent activities for beginners with rotating limited-time events and recurring rate-up periods, before finishing with access to a new area.

Aniimo platform launch dates
The rollout came in two waves. PC and consoles went first on September 16, and mobile followed exactly one week later. The base game is free on every platform, with crossplay and cross-save working across all of them.

Servers open on the same clock in three regions. The Americas shard came online September 15 at 22:00 (UTC-4), Europe at September 16 02:00 (UTC+0), and APAC at September 16 10:00 (UTC+8). The mobile version unlocked after a ten-hour maintenance window that ended at 7:00 PM PDT on September 22. Permanent events for new players
Two events remain available permanently for newcomers. Set Out, Pathfinder! gives login prizes over seven cumulative days, beginning with an Aniipod Ultra on day one and ending with a Sparkling Cube on day seven. New players can take part only during their first thirty days.
Prismana Pact lets you redeem one Prismana Aniimo of your choice once you reach the Wayfarer I title. You can change your pick freely up until the moment you claim it, so there is no rush to lock in a choice.
September 2026 event schedule
Beyond the permanent events, the first month packs in the launch push and the opening of the Legendary Journey storyline. The Journey Handbook runs the longest, functioning as the launch battle pass with cosmetic rewards over thirty cumulative login days.

October leans on repeats of the photo and capture events, weekly rate-up windows, and the month-long Journey Moments feature. The recurring tracks cycle on tight schedules, so most weeks carry at least one Vein Abundance period and one Eggceleration weekend.

Whisperwake Isle release on October 29
The calendar closes with the biggest content drop of the run. Whisperwake Isle, an area first seen in an earlier closed beta test, is scheduled to release on October 29, 2026. It adds a new region to explore along with new Aniimo to catch, marking the shift from the launch schedule into ongoing updates.
How the recurring event tracks work
Several entries on the calendar rerun on a set rhythm rather than appearing once. Knowing what each one does helps you decide which windows are worth planning around.
Vein Abundance
Vein Abundance raises drop rates from resource veins for a specific target each week. The launch cycle opened with Forest of Falling Stars in the Breezy Plains, then moved through a rotation of Prismana targets: Glynsera, Melloblum, Waleetle, Inferlupa, and Carnival. Each window lasts roughly a week.
Eggceleration
Eggceleration is a short rate-up period that boosts egg hatching, typically running across a weekend. It repeats every week or so through both months, so if you have eggs waiting, timing them to these windows speeds up the process.
Who’s That Aniimo? and Idyll Ecological Investigation
Who’s That Aniimo? has you photograph creatures you think might be the answer; taking pictures of Aniimo with similar traits uncovers additional clues. A correct guess brings greater rewards when you make it sooner. In Idyll Ecological Investigation, the Polaris Institute assigns specific Aniimo for you to capture and score points toward milestone prizes. Catching a creature missing from your Anilog earns extra points. The two events return on comparable schedules in September and October.
Glamour Star
Glamour Star is the styling and cosmetics showcase, running on a roughly two-week cadence starting September 25. It repeats twice more in October.
Legendary Journey and Tracing the Trail
The run’s main story event is the Legendary Journey. It begins with Trail of Butterfly Shadows, sending you on Breezy Plains explorations to gather Irisalis Petals and reach reward milestones. Next comes Walking with Irisalis & Gift of Blessing, available from September 25 to December 9. Tracing the Trail is a longer-running expedition track that also lasts until December 9, separate from the brief weekly activities.
