Nearest return pointSunroof Hatch, about 110 m

Pale Apartments is a named place in the north-west of Dam Battlegrounds. It sits about 140 m from Ben Welder's Sunroof, with Ruby Residence about 200 m away and Old Battleground about 250 m off.

In an ordinary round the loot here is thin: a Raider Cache and a Grenade Tube, and most container spots are possible spots, so not every one is filled each round. There is also a Field Crate. ARC can turn up in two areas as small ground machines, and which machine shows up varies from round to round.

Cold Snap rounds are the better time to visit, with 6 container spots of their own here, while Uncovered Caches and Hurricane rounds each have 1. The quickest way out is the Sunroof Hatch, a Raider Hatch about 110 m away in a straight line. Failing that, the Central Swamp Lift elevator is about 300 m off, and the Water Treatment Elevator about 570 m.

Return point	Type	Distance	In-game description
Sunroof Hatch	Raider Hatch	about 110 m	Nasty water from the swamp perpetually fills the tunnel below this hatch so make sure the pumps are running.
Central Swamp Lift	Elevator	about 300 m	The decomposing organic material from the swamp seeps into these tunnels and create pockets of dangerous gases.
Water Treatment Elevator	Elevator	about 570 m	You'd think this elevator would win the "worst smell" category by a landslide, but the competition is surprisingly strong.
