In-game description

Aged Shorefish is a curative: a shorefish left to age until its taste has deepened. Eating it gives back a little Health. It is also an ingredient for Dried Fish.

You can pick up Aged Shorefish lying in the open at 5 spots on the map. Vernworth and Windworn Gully have 2 each, and Waterfall Cave has 1, so either Vernworth or the gully is the place to collect a pair in one trip. Another 7 turn up in treasure chests, with 1 each at Borderland Campground, Dimdark Cave, Mt. Alles Tunnel, Nameless Village and Underbridge Grotto. Goblins, Hobgoblins, Saurians, Undead and Stout Undead also drop it, so fights with them add to your supply.
