A rare and precious ore, found among the mountains and crags of Vermund's hinterlands. Can be used to enhance equipment.
In-game description
Gold Ore is a scarce, valuable metal mined from the high, rocky country at the edges of Vermund. It is a material for upgrading your weapons and armour.
The map has 75 gathering points that give it, and the same point can also give Silver Ore or Copper Ore. They cluster most around Windworn Gully, which has 10, followed by Bakbattahl, Derelict Mine and Northern Harve Ruins with 4 each, and Cliffside Cave with 3. In the Unmoored World, 6 gathering points give it, 5 of them near Vernworth. You can pick it up lying loose near Coastal Cavern and Collapsed Mine, and chests near Collapsed Mine, Sacred Arbor and Vernworth hold it. Choppers, Hobgoblins, Griffins and Golems drop it, and you can buy it from the Mineral Stand and from Mariette.
