In-game description
Harspud is a curative item, a tuber that turns up across much of the world. Eating one gives back a little Stamina, so it works as a small top-up to keep in your pack.
The map has 289 gathering points that yield Harspud, and the same points can also give Princess Harspud. They cluster most around Vernworth with 30, followed by Borderwatch Outpost with 20, Bakbattahl with 14, Nameless Village with 12 and Harve Village with 11. Harspud also lies on the ground ready to pick up at 17 spots, 10 of them around Bakbattahl and 4 around Vernworth, so a trip to either town lets you combine gathering with loose pickups. 1 treasure chest near Vernworth holds it as well. If you would rather buy it, Mondaine, Chandler, Mia and the Potato Stand sell it.
