Jasper is one of the Valuables: a gem kept as a ward that guards its bearer from harm, and one that turns up only rarely in Battahl.

Windworn Gully has 4 nearby and the Arboreal Ruins 3, so a run through the capital and its surroundings pays off first. It also sits in 19 treasure chests, with 2 each near Trevo Mine, Vernworth and Worldsend Cavern. To farm it from fights, it drops from the Crow, Hobgoblin, Dullahan, Succubus, Scavenger, Griffin, Stout Undead, Grim Ogre and Minotaur.
