Ancestral Chamber has 24 near it, The Mountains' Secret has 14 and Forgotten Tunnel has 10, with Riverside Cavern at 9 and Guerco Cavern at 7. If you are after Chopper Horn, start around Ancestral Chamber, then try The Mountains' Secret.
