The Succubus is an enemy weak to Lightning and resistant to Ice. Frostbite and Silence do not work on it. Defeated, it drops Brinebeast Fragment, Scrag of Beast, Beast-Steak, Spurious Wing, Alpine Hare Meat and Ripened Fig. During a fight you can also pilfer Brinebeast Fragment, Detoxifying Decoction, Waking Powder, Aged Scrag of Beast, Beast-Steak, Stability Extract, Jasper and Wakestone Shard from it.
The map has 72 Succubus spots. They gather most thickly around Volcanic Island Camp with 9, followed by Darkbeasts' Den and Dragonsbreath Tower with 7 each, Sandspire Den with 6 and Ancestral Chamber with 5. 2 of its spots are in Norgan, the region of the Dark Arisen expansion. In the Unmoored World it has 19 spots, most of them near Moonswax Bridge with 7, Ruined Settlement with 4 and Harve Village with 3, with smaller groups around Molten Gauntlet and the Olta'Battahl Coastline.
