The Scavenger is an enemy in Dragon's Dogma 2 that drops Jasper, Onyx, Tiger Eye and Panacea. In a fight you can pilfer Jasper, Onyx and Tiger Eye from it, as well as Allheal Elixir, so stealing from a Scavenger before it goes down gets you the elixir alongside the stones.
The map has 13 Scavenger spots spread across several places. Cliffside Cave has 1 spot around it, as do Daemons' Corral, Frightful Hollow, Marshland Settlement and River's Edge Grotto. Since no single place holds more than 1, plan a trip that takes in several of these locations rather than waiting at one.
