The Fell Cyclops lives in the Shroud at the Albaneve Summits Elixir Wells, and the one at the main well is the boss of the quest “Ignite The Coldest Elixir Well”. There is one more in Cinder’s Cradle, and 5 Summon Stones in the Albaneve Summits can call it. Every kill drops 1 Fell Cyclops Head and 1 Enshrouded Cyclops Eye.
Quick answer: Kill the Fell Cyclops at the main Albaneve Summits Elixir Well, about 90 m east of and 40 m below the well marker.
Where to find the Fell Cyclops
Once you light the Flame on top of the Albaneve Summits Ancient Spire, your journal points you to the main Elixir Well with the entry “Defeat The ‘Evil Eye’ Inside The Elixir Well”. The quest text puts it bluntly:
“Delve into its depths and behead the one-eyed monsters within to fight back the Shroud!”
Three spots have a fixed Fell Cyclops spawn. The Summon Stones work differently and are covered below. The Elixir Wells and all five stones are on the map at the top of this guide.
| Spot | Region | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Elixir Well (main quest) | Albaneve Summits | West of the region’s middle, ~90 m east and ~40 m below the well marker |
| Northern Elixir Well | Albaneve Summits | North-east, ~175 m north of the Elixir Well, below a cliff-top Flame Shrine |
| Cinder’s Cradle | Cinder’s Cradle | At an Ancient Ruin by a Shroud Root, ~50 m south-west of a Return Beacon |
All three fights take place in the Shroud. At the main Elixir Well, a Return Beacon stands right next to the well, so you can get back quickly.
Don’t mix it up with two other cyclopes: the plain Cyclops that roams the Albaneve Summits and the Hollow Cyclops in the Hollow Halls are different enemies. The Hollow Cyclops drops Giant Bones, not Fell Cyclops loot.

The quest completes once the boss is dead and the Flame is above level 6.
Fell Cyclops drops
Every Fell Cyclops kill drops all four of these (the Shroud Nexus and Legendary Runes guides cover what they’re for):
- 1 Fell Cyclops Head
- 1 Enshrouded Cyclops Eye
- 1 Shroud Nexus
- 4 to 8 Legendary Runes
Summon Stones that call the Fell Cyclops
Activating one costs 1 Shroud Particles, but the summon is not guaranteed. It chooses between three Fell bosses with equal odds: Fell Cyclops, Fell Monstrosity, or Fell Sicklescythe.
| Stone | Where |
|---|---|
| 1 | ~70 m east of the Small Watchtower enemy camp, north-west of the region |
| 2 | North-east, ~85 m south-west of a Return Beacon and ~170 m south-east of a Gem Forge |
| 3 | ~205 m east of survivor Gunther Galeforth and ~215 m east of Balefire Garrison “Windward” |
| 4 | ~70 m west of Enshrouded Goat Farm |
| 5 | ~210 m east of New Cromville |

Fell Cyclops Head uses
The Fell Cyclops Head is an Epic material that stacks to 50. Beyond the Flame Altar upgrade, its item text reads “Collect multiple Fell Cyclops Heads to craft the Trophy”, and it goes into four Hunter trophies. Ten heads make all four. Every other boss trophy is in all 20 enemy trophies.

| Trophy | Heads | Other materials |
|---|---|---|
| Fell Cyclops Trophy | 1 | 2 Wood Planks, 2 Nails |
| Bronze Fell Cyclops Trophy | 2 | 2 Wood Planks, 2 Nails, 1 Bronze Bars |

Enshrouded Cyclops Eye uses
