The Antidote and Greater Antidote come from the Alchemist, while the Hemotoxin Antidote is crafted by hand.

There are three antidotes in Enshrouded. The Antidote and the Greater Antidote are made at the Alchemist, while the Hemotoxin Antidote is crafted straight from your own menu once a specific quest begins. Here is what each one needs and how to unlock it.

Quick answer: Use the Alchemist to make the Antidote with a Mortar set beside him, using 1 Poison Sack, 3 Milk and 5 Spider Gland. Each batch yields 3.

How to make the Antidote at the Alchemist

The basic Antidote is described in-game as “An antidote that instantly cures any poison effect.” The recipe appears once you have a key material in hand.

Free the Alchemist, then set his Alchemist’s Mortar close to him. You can make the Antidote only with the Mortar positioned nearby.
Pick up a Poison Sack. It drops from poisonous creatures such as Spider Mamas, Stingers, Venomous Scorpions, Vicious Vines and Fungal Friends. Grabbing one unlocks the recipe. Its item text warns, “It’s considered to be one of the most dangerous materials in the world! Touching it directly is usually not a good idea.”
Along with the Poison Sack, gather 3 Milk and 5 Spider Gland to complete the recipe.
Use the Alchemist to prepare the Antidote. Each batch gives you 3.

Greater Antidote recipe and station

The Greater Antidote is the stronger version, listed as “An improved antidote that will cure poisoning upon use. Also applies a buff that prevents the player from poisoning.” To make it, place the Laboratory near the Alchemist and bring 1 Poison Sack, 3 Shroud Vapor, 1 Wolfsbane and 1 Coal Powder. One craft yields 3.

How to make the Hemotoxin Antidote

Repeated exposure to toxins leaves you with the Hemotoxin ailment. The Hemotoxin Antidote clears it and, per its item text, “Removes the Hemotoxin debuff upon use. Also applies a buff that prevents the hemotoxin from affecting the user for an hour.” Unlike the other two, you craft it by hand with no station, and it only unlocks once the Alchemist’s quest “A Cure For Hemotoxin” begins.

While suffering from Hemotoxins, speak to the Alchemist. The first quest step, “Talk To The Alchemist,” reads: “Repeated exposure to toxins has thickened your blood, weakening you significantly. You should ask the Alchemist about a cure to ensure this new ailment doesn’t impact your vitality long-term.” Talking to him starts the quest and unlocks the recipe.
Head out at night and catch a Moth. The tracker step “Craft And Use A Hemotoxin Antidote” explains: “The Alchemist has informed you that you’re suffering from Hemotoxins. To craft a cure for this ailment, you must acquire spider glands and moths. The moths can only be caught at night. Craft the hemotoxin antidote and use it!”

Bring 2 Spider Gland to pair with your Moth.
Craft the Hemotoxin Antidote in your personal crafting menu and consume it. It clears the Hemotoxin debuff and protects you from it for an hour.
