Elixirs are legendary consumables that permanently raise one of your character’s stats. There are five of them, each tied to a different stat, and the bonus stacks every time you drink another. They only work on your character, not on Pals, which makes them worth saving for yourself.
Quick answer: Craft any elixir at an Advanced Medicine Workbench, Electric Medicine Workbench, or Ancient Workbench using six Large Lotuses of the matching type, two Predator Cores, and 100,000 Gold.
Every elixir and what it boosts
Each elixir targets a single stat. The one you make first should match how you play. Vital is the safest pick for survivability, while Might matters most if you fight alongside your Pals rather than letting them do the work.

Higher Health lets you absorb more hits. Stamina extends how long you can sprint, climb, and glide. Attack raises the damage from every weapon you swing or fire. Work Speed shortens crafting and base tasks you do yourself. Carrying capacity increases how much weight you can hold before you slow down.
What you need to craft an elixir
All five elixirs share the same crafting shape. Beyond the six Large Lotuses that define each recipe, every elixir also requires two Predator Cores and 100,000 Gold as the crafting cost.
- 6x Large Lotus that matches the stat you want (Life, Stamina, Power, Speed, or Carrying)
- 2x Predator Core
- 100,000 Gold
You do not need to learn a separate recipe. Once you build a workbench that supports elixirs, the options appear automatically as long as you have the materials. Use an Advanced Medicine Workbench, an Electric Medicine Workbench, or an Ancient Workbench.
Other ways to get elixirs without crafting
Crafting is not the only route. Elixirs appear as loot in Supply Drops, the chests that fall from the sky in different biomes. These drops are guarded by enemies, so be ready to fight before you open the container. You can also drink a stat potion on the spot once you grab it.
The Medal Merchant sells them too. Each elixir costs 350 Dog Coins, and you’ll find the merchant inside the Desolate Church near its fast travel point.
How to confirm the boost worked
Drinking an elixir permanently raises the matching stat, and the increase carries over across sessions without any timer. Because the effect stacks, you can keep consuming the same elixir to push a stat higher.
Note: there is a cap on each stat. Once you reach it, the game stops letting you consume more of that elixir for that stat, which is the clearest sign you’ve maxed it out. Elixirs are also ineffective when used by Pals, so give them to your character only.
If you’re deciding where to start, the Large Lotuses are the hardest part of each recipe to gather, so plan your farming around the single stat you value most before committing 100,000 Gold and two Predator Cores per batch.
