The God Mode Llama is one of the standout power-ups in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4, nicknamed Override. Activate it and you become a short-lived wrecking ball, immune to damage and able to plow straight through builds. Getting one takes some luck, because it comes from a single item and is not guaranteed to drop.
Quick answer: Deploy a Llama Supply Drop Gizmo during a Battle Royale match, open the llama-themed crate it drops, and hope the God Mode Llama is inside. It is a rare pull, so you may need several Gizmos.

The only way to get the God Mode Llama
There is exactly one source for this power-up. You have to use a Llama Supply Drop Gizmo, one of the new consumable Gizmos added in Override. Throwing the beacon calls in a boosted, llama-themed supply crate at your location, and the God Mode Llama is one of the possible contents.
Note: The God Mode Llama occupies a single inventory slot, which means you can drop it or hand it to a teammate.

Equip the item in your inventory, then press the Fire button to trigger it. Activation starts a short invincibility window during which your health bar stops mattering entirely. You take no damage from any source, gain speed and jump boosts, and run on unlimited stamina.
While it is active you can barrel through structures and shatter them without slowing down, and running into enemies deals damage on contact, around 45 per hit. Because your sprint speed is boosted, you can repeatedly ram players to push them out of the safe zone or knock them out. The trade-off is that you cannot fire weapons for the duration.
| Effect | Detail |
|---|---|
| Invincibility | No damage from any source for a short window (reported around 10–15 seconds) |
| Movement | Speed boost, higher jumps, unlimited stamina |
| Structures | Run through and break builds with ease |
| Contact damage | Roughly 45 damage to players you ram |
| Limitation | Cannot use any weapon while active |

When to activate it
The power-up is at its best as an escape button or a closing tool. Pop it to break contact and flee a losing fight, or save it for the final circles when only a few players remain and you want to bully them off the map for a Victory Royale.
The moment the invincibility ends, you are immediately vulnerable again and back to normal rules. Carry a 1-Up Token as a safety net so you can respawn with your full inventory if you get knocked right after the effect wears off. The two items pair well together in a single match.
