The Lunar New Year staff in Enshrouded 1.0 is the Staff Of The Serpent, a Mage staff. Loot your first one from a basement near Netherton in the Springlands. Later, Mei-Yin Chen, the Lunar New Year Trader, can make one matched to your Flame Level.

Where to find the Staff of the Serpent
Both stops sit in the Springlands, close to Netherton. It’s easiest to use Mei-Yin Chen as your landmark, because the staff lies a set distance from where she stands.
How to craft the Staff of the Serpent at every Flame Level
After you have found the staff, Mei-Yin Chen adds it to her crafting menu. She offers only one version at a time, and that version is set by your current Flame Level. Here is what each one costs.

Every crafted version is Rare. That makes it a different rarity from the Epic copy you loot from the basement. Flame Level 8 and Flame Level 9 and up cost the same materials, but the higher tier gives you a staff at item level 46 instead of 36.
Staff of the Serpent perks (when enhanced)
Enhancing the staff unlocks its perks. They don’t appear on the base item card:
- The item level 6, 11, and 16 versions each have Mana Currents +1
- Mana Currents +2 on the item level 21 and 26 versions
- Mana Currents +3 on the item level 36 and 46 versions
- Mana Leech +3
