The Drop Off Station is a loot container a Raider opens for loot, and you will not meet one in an ordinary round. With no map condition running, no map has any. It shows up only while a map condition is running, and only under certain conditions on Dam Battlegrounds. Outside those rounds, whether on Dam Battlegrounds or any other map, there are none to find.
Rounds of Dam Battlegrounds under those conditions have 8 Drop Off Station spots, and all 8 sit in the Hydroponic Dome Complex. That makes the route simple: head straight for the Hydroponic Dome Complex and work through it, because there is nowhere else on the map to look. In a round without one of those conditions, do not plan your route around a Drop Off Station at all.
