Medical Bags are loot containers you open during a round, and they turn up on 7 maps. Pendola Pass has the most, with 56 spots in an ordinary round, followed by Riven Tides with 36 and Dam Battlegrounds with 35. Stella Montis has 30, Buried City 28, The Blue Gate 27 and Spaceport 22.
Those are possible spots, not guaranteed bags. Each round fills only some of them, chosen when the round starts. On Pendola Pass the spots fall into 9 groups, and in the biggest one a round fills 4 of the 12. To find them, head for Old Town on Pendola Pass (10), Stacking Yard on Riven Tides (8), Research & Administration on Dam Battlegrounds (9), Medical Research on Stella Montis (7) and Piazza Arbusto on Buried City (5).
Some map conditions on Pendola Pass bring 1 Medical Bag spot of their own, which belongs only to those rounds.
