Security Checkpoint is a named place on Spaceport, in the south-east of the map. Electrical Substation is about 160 m away, Staff Parking about 170 m and Service Buildings about 250 m, so it is easy to fold into a route through that corner.

In an ordinary round, with no map condition running, Security Checkpoint has a single loot container spot, a Worn Backpack. Most container spots are possible spots and a round fills only some of them, so the backpack is not always there. Map conditions change this: Hidden Bunker rounds and Cold Snap rounds each have 5 spots here, and rounds under certain other conditions have 1.

The nearest return point is East Elevator, about 490 m away in a straight line. Control Hatch, a Raider Hatch, and South Elevator are both about 620 m away. Spaceport has more than one level, so the walk out can be longer than those distances.
