The Ancient Sewers Mirror of Life stands in the Ancient Sewers, a sub-area of Holy Innocents' Cemetery. Using it saves your game and refills your healing vials. The cemetery's other Mirrors of Life are at Pauper's Grave, the Cloister and the Overgrown Crypt. The closest Ferryman's Wharf, where the Ferryman's boat carries you between areas, is in Ossuary of the Innocents.
Ossuary of the Innocents has chests holding the Vampire's Fang relic and the Rusted Harpè and Aegis weapons, and it is where you pick up The Prophetess's Key Keepsake. In Pillaged Tombs, a chest holds the Nightshade relic, and the Trembling Eye Keepsake is also there. A chest in Fountain of the Innocents contains the Lance, and Roman Baths holds 1 Wise Heart Fragment.
Medusa is the boss fought nearest this Mirror of Life, in Ossuary of the Innocents. Defeating it gives you The Prophetess arcana, the Petrifying Gaze spell and The Prophetess's Key. From the Ancient Sewers, a way leads out to Paris Streets. Close by, you can pick up the Cemetary Fountain clue in Fountain of the Innocents and the Guardian's Gaze clue in Roman Baths.
