The Prison Tower Mirror of Life stands in Prison Tower, a sub-area of Paris Streets. Using it saves your game and refills your potions. Paris Streets has other Mirrors of Life at Central Sewer Drain, Gate to the Stone Bridge, Burned District and Undercity.
The closest relics are the Shadow Veil, in a chest in Burned District, and the Obsidian Fang, in a chest in Guard Level. For weapons, open the chest in Roof of the Tower for the Burnt Sword of Fierbois and the one in Sewer Reservoir for the Cestus. The Warrior's Key, a Keepsake, is in Roof of the Tower. Look for 1 Brave Heart Fragment and 2 Wise Heart Fragments in Guard Storehouse, Prison Tower and Torture Level, and pick up 2 ATK books and 1 DEF book close by.
Joan is the boss fought nearest this Mirror of Life, in Roof of the Tower. Defeating Joan gives you The Warrior arcana, the Infernal Pyre spell and The Warrior's Key. The Holy Light skill is also gained nearby. Two clues sit close at hand: the Carpenter's Crane Sketch in Upper Tower, and a clue in Burned District telling you that The Warrior is at the top of the Tower.
