The Rhetoric Shelves Mirror of Life stands in the Rhetoric Shelves, a sub-area of the Library. Using it saves your game and refills your healing vials. The Library's other Mirror of Life is in the Exhibition Room. The closest Ferryman's Wharf, where the Ferryman's boat crosses between areas, is in the Bridge of Knowledge.
Chests in the Rhetoric Shelves hold the Midnight Tear and Lich's Mark relics, and the Wraith's Tear relic sits in a chest in the Study Room. The Thorn Whip is in a chest in the Fine Arts Shelves, and Brauner's Paintbrush, a Keepsake, is in the Observatory. The Aerial Rush skill is gained nearby. Look for 3 Brave Heart Fragments and 2 Wise Heart Fragments in the Fine Arts Shelves, Library Foyer, Planetarium, Poetry Shelves and Rhetoric Shelves.
The Bridge of Knowledge leads on to the Main Hall, and the Forgotten Bridge takes you to the Clock Tower. Clues close by include the Blood Poem in the Natural Philosophy Shelves and the Magical Brush in the Observation Tower.
