This Mirror of Life sits in Threshold of Vision, a sub-area of the Hall of Mirrors. Using it saves your game and refills your potions. The Hall of Mirrors has other Mirrors of Life at The Descent Into Memory, Familiar Way, Nightmare Atrium and Heart of the Maze. The closest Ferryman's Wharf, where the Ferryman's boat carries you between areas, is in Delived Level.
The nearest relics come from chests: the Sand Charm in Servants' Refectory and the Haunting Relic in Steps of Misdirection. Close by you can also pick up 2 Brave Heart Fragments and 1 Wise Heart Fragment spread across Boudoir of Bewilderment, Looping Hallways and Steps of Misdirection, along with 1 ATK book.
The nearest sealed door is the Hall of Mirrors Entrance door, in Hall of Mirrors Entrance, which is also where the way to the Main Hall lies. Look for the clue Kneeling is the Way in Looping Hallways and The Reflection Deceives in Steps of Misdirection.
