Clock Tower has other Mirrors of Life at Mechanic's Ascent and Eastern Summit. The closest Ferryman's Wharf is in Forgotten Bridge, where the Ferryman's boat carries you between areas.

Near this Mirror of Life, chests hold the Moonlit Shard relic in Path of the Builder and the Sinister Rune relic in Eastern Access Shaft. The Fists of Talos weapon is in a chest in Builder's Bureau. Close by you can also pick up 1 Wise Heart Fragment in Central Fuel Reservoir and 1 ATK book.
