Joan

Unleashes flames on the ground around Rose, igniting and launching enemies into the air.

Infernal Pyre

Joan is fought on the Roof of the Tower in Paris Streets, with Prison Tower as the closest Mirror of Life. She returns in Notre-Dame as Joan of Arc for the Courage of Gabriel, the Courage virtue trial, opened from the Gallery of the Four Virtues with Infernal Pyre equipped; West Triforium is the nearest Mirror of Life there.

Beating her earns The Warrior, number 3 of the Tarot, along with The Warrior's Key and the spell Infernal Pyre. For 80 MP, the spell sets the floor beside Rose ablaze, burning nearby foes and tossing them upward. With the card won, pick up Holy Light in Stairs to the Tower Roof, close to the Prison Tower Mirror of Life.

Infernal Pyre has 3 Works of Mercy: parry 15 attacks using Holy Light, bring Joan to a sacred place to pray, and burn 5 enemies at once. Each earns a Blessing toward a Gift: mana back for each foe past the first caught in the central blast, foes flung higher, or weapon hits that keep them burning longer. Look for the Carpenter's Crane Sketch in Upper Tower and a clue in Burned District pointing to the top of the Tower.
