A specially crafted arrow that adds to the target's blighted value. Expended when using Blighting Shot and Nocuous Shot.
In-game description
The Blighting Arrow is an implement: a specially made arrow that builds up blight on whatever it hits. It is used up each time you fire Blighting Shot or Nocuous Shot.
The map has 2 spots where it lies on the ground to pick up, one around Snowbound Ruins and one around Volcanic Island Camp. Treasure chests hold more: 15 chests carry it, with 2 around Castletown Campground and 1 each around Beorcan Stronghold, Darkbeasts' Den, Dimdark Cave and Drabnir's Grotto. Beorcan, Lost Mercenary, Coral Snake and Medusa drop it. You can also buy it from Roderick's Smithy, Borderwatch Outpost, Runne's Apothecary, Mondaine, Chandler, Grisha's Armory, Celeste's Smithy, Awaran's Arms, Volcanic Island Armory and Gautstafr.
