In-game description
Emergent Vitality is an implement: a spellbook that releases its magick the moment it is opened, so even a character with no spellcasting ability of their own can put it to use. The spell it triggers is Anodyne, which heals.
You can pick it up off the ground at 3 spots: Castletown Campground, Northwall Campground and Sealed Study. It also turns up in 14 treasure chests. Vernworth has 2 of them, and Abandoned Village, Bakbattahl, Beren's Tent and Cliffside Cave have 1 each. Rogue and Lost Mercenary enemies drop it. To buy one, visit Eldart's Apothecary or the Rare Book Stand, or see Domingo, Elsa or Morgus.
