A grimoire that casts a spell upon being read. Usable even by those incapable of magick. Invokes Halidom, a spell that cures certain debilitations.
In-game description
Governing Soul is a grimoire in the Implements category. Using it casts Halidom on your behalf, so even a character who cannot cast spells can put it to work. Halidom clears some status ailments.
The map has 8 spots where it lies ready to pick up, with 1 each around Castletown Campground, Checkpoint Rest Town, Harve Village, Northwall Campground and the Sealed Study. It also sits in 12 chests. Northwall Campground and Sacred Arbor have 2 each nearby, and Checkpoint Rest Town, Cliffside Cave and Dragonsbreath Tower have 1 each. Northwall Campground and Checkpoint Rest Town offer both a pickup and a chest, so they make good stops. Death and Lost Mercenary drop it. Eldart's Apothecary, Agamen Ruins – Apothecary and the Rare Book Stand sell it, as do Domingo, Elsa and Morgus.
