In-game description

Parching Concoction is a curative that strips the water off whoever drinks it. Its job is to clear the debilitation that leaves a character soaked through, so it is worth carrying when a route runs through water or rain-heavy fights.

The map has 6 spots where it lies ready to pick up. Bakbattahl holds 2 of them, and Harve Village, Mired Conduit and Vernworth have 1 each, so a pass through Bakbattahl is the easiest way to collect more than 1 in one trip. It also turns up in 8 treasure chests, including 1 each at Borderwatch Outpost, Darkhorde Cave, Frontier Shrine, Rivage Cavern and the Tomb of Te'Glarr. Beorcan and Straggler drop it when defeated. To buy it, Eldart's Apothecary and Hal both sell it.
