Detoxifying Decoction is a curative that neutralises poison and venom. Drink one to end the blighted state on whoever takes it.
The map has 11 spots where it lies ready to pick up, with 3 around Bakbattahl, 2 around Northwall Campground and 1 each near Checkpoint Rest Town, the Interminable Corridor and the Mired Conduit. It also turns up in 14 treasure chests, including ones around Bakbattahl, the Depleted Ore Deposit, the Derelict Mine, Dragonsbreath Tower and Enoa'Battahl Cavern. Hobgoblin, Asp, Rattler, Magma Scale, Serpent, Venin Harpy, Gore Harpy, Succubus, Skeleton, Undead, Stout Undead, Blob, Beorcan and Rogue all drop it.
