Thunderous Concord is a grimoire from the Implements category. Using it casts Lightning Boon, which charges weapons with lightning, and it works even for characters who cannot cast magick themselves.

The map has 4 spots where it lies ready to pick up, 1 each at Checkpoint Rest Town, Sealed Study, Vernworth and Volcanic Island Camp. It also turns up in 13 chests, with 2 at Rivage Cavern and 2 at Vernworth, and 1 each at Northwall Campground, Sacred Arbor and Strange Corridor. Vernworth has both a pickup spot and chests that hold it, so it is a sensible place to start. Rogue and Lost Mercenary enemies drop it. Eldart's Apothecary, the Rare Book Stand and Morgus sell it.
