You cannot buy it from a shop or hatch it from a standard egg. The only route is the Mythical Chest, so the pet is effectively gated behind two layers of chance. First a Mythical Chest has to spawn, and then you have to be the one who claims and opens it.

Chest Conquest runs every hour. When it starts, up to 10 chests of different rarities spawn across the map. You grab a chest, carry it back to your garden, and open it there to collect the reward inside. The rarer the chest, the better the loot, and the less often it appears.
