The Last Stand is a main quest in the Main story line of Permafrost. It asks you to track down Condor and get him to tell you about White Hell. The first step sends you to the Last Stand, a safe zone with a fast travel post. Once you arrive, the second step is to talk to Condor, the leader of the Hell Runners, who is met there.

The quest opens once you finish Dressed for White Hell, so that quest has to be behind you before this one appears. Condor is the character tied to it, and both steps lead to one place, the Last Stand safe zone. Its fast travel post makes the Last Stand a fixed point on the map you can head back to when the main story takes you on into White Hell.
